We recently completed renderings for a proposed public market to be located in downtown Salt Lake City. The interior and exterior renderings were created from photographs of the exiting building during a site tour and from descriptions by the architect Monte Still of Still Thorum Architecture.

The presentation also included a site plan & floor plan that we created using aerial photos and our 3d models.

The images were used for a project walk through with city officials and the press.

The third area of the hospital animation is the Adolescent & Young Adult Unit (AYAU).

The voice over, being added later by Children's Miracle Network, narrates the arrival of the parents to the hospital, where their son is recovering from a football injury, only to find that their son & his girlfriend played some video games and are no linger in his room.

Over the past decade WalMart employees and customers have donated $500 million to the Children's Miracle Network which went to area hospitals throughout the country. To thank WalMart and it's employees Children's Miracle Network came up with the idea to give them a tour of a 'virtual hospital' that would help them understand how for thee money would go it had all gone into building a single hospital.

Bowen Studios was hired to create the animated walk through. We have completed the NICU, and are currently finishing up the PICU and Young Adult areas. The animations follow a story line of a family's visits to the hospital over several years. There will be several 'episodes' that will be released to the public via a website over the next several months.

dusk sunset day lighting

Often times clients request standard day lighting to be sure that the colors are represented correctly. These renderings are generally used for their own color selection or city approval.

When the renderings are used for marketing purposes, in print or on a website, clients often prefer the sunset or dusk renderings because they have a more interesting, emotional feel. A large percentage of a purchase decision is based on emotion, so this look help to create that. I also think they are just more interesting to look at.

We are located in downtown Salt Lake City. With eight years in business we have a very experienced staff using the latest software and equipment, including a rendering farm of over 60 processors.

We have clients throughout the country that contract with us for a wide variety of projects located all over the world; from single family homes to high rise condos, from hospital rooms to large mixed-use projects covering an entire city block.
